Dear association members,
I hereby invite you to the 71st General Assembly of the Austrian Hotel Porter Association "The Golden Keys".
The meeting will take place on June 7th, 2026 at the beautiful Hotel Kitzhof, The Mountain Design Resort in Kitzbühel.
As a small incentive for the possibly quite long journey to Tyrol, our colleagues Tomáš and Niko have come up with an exciting activity program with the possibility of overnight stays for this year.
I therefore look forward to a large turnout and am waiting for your firm registrations by May 31st, 2026.

Where do we go?
Kitzbühel, Tyrol
Where will the general meeting take place?
We're off to Tyrol. More precisely, to Kitzbühel. Located directly on the town park with views of the town, the Kitzbühel Horn and the Hahnenkamm, the Hotel Kitzhof is just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque center of the legendary Tyrolean resort of Kitzbühel.
What's the best way to get there?
Our host offers a huge underground parking garage. You can drive right in upon arrival and even charge your electric car during your stay. If you prefer to travel by train for sustainability reasons, travel to Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm station and we will pick you up directly from there. Helicopter arrival is also possible upon request.

How much does the activity program cost?
The Annual General Meeting will take place on June 7th. We will start with a get-together at 3 pm and open the meeting promptly at 4 pm. We will conclude the evening with dinner at 7 pm.
The supporting program is organized for the following day, June 8th. A shuttle will take us to the Schwarzsee-Reith golf course at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Here, all golf novices can take a beginner course for an incredible EUR 45, while our experienced golfers compete for the Clefs d'Or Championship on the course. Around 1 p.m., we'll all meet again for lunch at the golf course.
Where will we stay overnight for the general meeting?
In principle, participation in the General Assembly is possible even without an overnight stay. However, we welcome all registrations for overnight accommodation and the accompanying program on the following day. We will be welcomed at the beautiful Hotel Kitzhof, The Mountain Design Resort. Nestled in the breathtaking scenery of the Kitzbühel Alps, a wonderful wellness hotel with a fantastic atmosphere awaits us. Don't forget your swimsuit!
How much will the overnight stay cost?
You can look forward to this. Thanks to the generous support of the Hotel Kitzhof, we will be staying in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps for the incredible special price of EUR 120 per person. Breakfast and dinner on June 7th, as well as access to the wellness area the following day, are already included in the price.
You must not miss this.
What do I need to bring?
Basically, just good vibes. If you're an experienced golfer with your own equipment, feel free to bring it along. For beginners, there's of course the option to rent equipment on site. And if you happen to forget your swimsuit, there's even a hotel shop.

When can I arrive?
Our rooms will be ready from 3 pm on Sunday. However, those who wish are welcome to arrive earlier and take a short stroll through Kitzbühel or begin their stay with a visit to the hotel spa. We will then meet at 3 pm for a welcome drink and start the general meeting promptly at 4 pm.
How long can I stay?
On Monday, it is off to the golf course, and for all non-golfers, a dip in the water until we meet again at 1 p.m. for lunch at the golf course. We will be checking out of the rooms after breakfast, but we can still enjoy the fabulous hotel spa all day. Perhaps you want to extend your stay?
And what if I don't want to play golf at all?
No problem at all. The hotel has a wonderful spa area. And if you like, Tomáš and Niko can even organize a guided e-bike tour to Aschau. Don't forget your swimsuit!

How binding is my registration?
Spots are limited. Please only register if you genuinely intend to attend. Registration for a single room is of course possible, but should we run out of rooms, we will contact you to see if you would be willing to share a room with another participant.
Can I extend my stay?
Once you are surrounded by stunning nature, enjoying the huge spa, and meeting all your friends, you will realize it would be wonderful to stay a little longer. Inquire about your extra nights in advance with our hosts, Tomáš and Niko.
