Invitation to
Les Clefs d'Or Ski Day 2026
From hotel desk to ski slope.
Dear ski enthusiasts and wellness lovers,
We would like to revive an old tradition of the association and cordially invite you to the Les Clefs d'Or Ski Day in January.
Over two days, we can expect a sporty yet relaxing program set against the stunning backdrop of the Alps. There's something for everyone.
Secure one of the coveted spots, as the number of participants is limited. Register quickly and enjoy it in January. See you on the slopes!
Where does the Les Clefs d'Or Ski Day take place?
We're off to Salzburg. More precisely, to Grossarl. The Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area is part of the Ski amadé ski region and offers almost 70 kilometers of slopes with 16 lifts. But it gets even better. Our host is a ski-in/ski-out hotel located right on the slopes.

What's the best way to get there?

Our host offers a huge underground parking garage. You can drive right in upon arrival and even charge your electric car during your stay. If you prefer to travel by train for sustainability reasons, travel to St. Johann and we will pick you up directly from the station. Helicopter arrival is also possible upon request.
How much does the ski pass cost?
It depends on how much time you want to spend on the slopes. The program allows you to be on skis on your arrival day, but we recommend using the second day for skiing. A day ski pass in Grossarl costs €73 for adults. However, there are also options for late risers starting at 11 a.m. or even 12 p.m.
You can find all the information about ski passes here:

Where do we stay for our Les Clefs d'Or Ski Day?
We'll be welcomed at the beautiful Das Edelweiss Salzburg Mountain Resort in Grossarl. Nestled in the stunning scenery of the Salzburg region, one of Austria's best wellness hotels awaits us, with direct access to the slopes. Don't forget your swimsuit!

How much will the overnight stay cost?

You can look forward to this! Thanks to the generous support of the Hettegger family, we'll be staying at Grossarl's most beautiful hotel for the incredible special price of €150 per person. This price already includes
breakfast, a 4 course menu for dinner and access to the wellness area. You shouldn't miss this!
What do I need to bring?
Basically, just good vibes. There's a dedicated ski locker for your skis, of course. If you'd rather not arrive with skis, you can simply rent a new pair from the hotel's ski rental shop. And if you happen to forget your swimsuit, there's even a hotel shop.

When can I arrive?
Our rooms will be ready from 3 pm on Sunday. However, anyone who wishes is welcome to arrive earlier and try their first runs on the slopes or start their stay with a visit to the hotel spa. We'll meet at 3 pm for tobogganing and again at 8 pm for dinner.

How long can I stay?

On Monday, it's off to the slopes, and for all non-skiers, a dip in the water until we meet again at 12:30 for lunch at Wolke 7. We'll be checking out of the rooms after breakfast, but we can still enjoy the fabulous hotel spa all day. Perhaps you'll extend your stay too?
And what if I can't ski at all?
No problem at all. The hotel has one of the most beautiful wellness areas in the Alps. And who knows, maybe you'll win our tobogganing competition on your arrival day instead.

How binding is my registration?
Places are limited. Please only register if you genuinely intend to attend. Registration for a single room is of course possible, but should we run out of rooms, we will contact you again to see if you would be willing to share a room with another participant.

Can I extend my stay?

Once you're surrounded by stunning nature, enjoying the huge spa, and meeting up with all your friends, you'll realize it would be wonderful to stay a little longer. Inquire about your extra night with our host Felix in advance:
